I’ve built a strong and varied background across some of the UK’s most recognised publishing companies, beginning with Condé Nast—where I had the opportunity to contribute to Vogue—and continuing through roles at Dennis Publishing and Future Media Music Week and Hearts with Men’s Health . Working within these fast-paced editorial environments exposed me to a wide spectrum of creative processes, from shaping visual narratives to collaborating with editors, photographers, stylists and writers under tight deadlines.
Throughout my career, I’ve been involved in a diverse range of photoshoots, including fashion, fitness, lifestyle and food. This hands-on art direction experience has strengthened my understanding of how layout, photography, and visual storytelling come together to elevate a brand and engage readers. I enjoy crafting original, polished pages that reflect each magazine’s unique voice and audience—whether developing new templates, refining visual identity, or producing standout feature layouts.
My experience also extends into social media, where I’ve adapted editorial content into digital assets, motion pieces, and promotional visuals that increase engagement and support wider marketing campaigns. I understand how to translate print-led design into effective digital communication while maintaining consistency across platforms.
In addition, I’ve supported event-related creative for magazines, producing materials such as banners, programmes, email assets, digital screens, and other branded collateral used across industry events, award ceremonies, and reader-facing activations. This work has reinforced my ability to deliver cohesive creative across print, digital, and live environments.
Alongside this, my background in marketing and advertising includes creating promotional pages, advertorials and commercial materials that align with both editorial content and advertising objectives. This blend of creativity, digital awareness, and commercial understanding has allowed me to contribute meaningfully to publications with very different tones and themes.
Altogether, these roles have shaped a well-rounded, adaptable, and detail-focused approach to design—one I’m excited to bring into new creative settings.
